RETURNS & REFUNDS

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Requests must be made within the return window. Items showing visible wear, alteration, or damage are not accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection. Once approved, the amount is credited back to the original payment method. You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund is successfully completed.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, you must request a return and place a new order. This ensures availability and keeps the process simple and reliable. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please raise a return request promptly. Once inspected and approved, you will receive a refund. Such requests should be made immediately within the specified return window.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, a confirmation email is sent. Processing times are designed to ensure timely dispatch while maintaining product quality and accuracy.

Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines may vary based on courier availability. Seasonal demand or unforeseen conditions may cause occasional delays, but we always aim for prompt delivery.

Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check and ensure accuracy at checkout. This prevents delivery issues and guarantees your package reaches the correct destination on time.

Sometimes delays occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. If your delivery takes longer than expected, you’ll be notified via email with updates, ensuring transparency and awareness regarding the shipment status.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still return the product later if eligible under return guidelines.

Currently, only one payment method is allowed per order. This ensures smooth processing and quick checkout. We recommend choosing your preferred option during purchase for a seamless experience and faster completion of every transaction.

After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive an email once it is confirmed. For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated automatically to the original payment method after successful cancellation confirmation from our system.

Yes, once cancellation is confirmed, you may place a new order anytime. Simply add your selected items to the cart and proceed with checkout. The process is straightforward, ensuring easy repurchase without additional steps.
